
In a verdict issued on Friday, the apex court concluded that taking oath in Hindi language is not constitutional as per prevailing laws of the country.
The order was issued by a division bench of Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhi and justice Bal Ram KC in response to a case filed by advocate Balkrishna Neupane a year ago.
