Maoists Gherao Govt. Offices Today

KATHMANDU, June 21: Today traffic of KTM valley is completely thrown out of gear after the Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) program to Gherao government offices throughout the country Sunday.

Security personnel have been heavily mobilized in Kathmandu to ensure that the Maoists do not succeed in disrupting work in government offices. This bandh and gherau is now the daily Nepalese cultural program and is so famous in Kathamandu vally.
