A SERIOUS CAUSE FOR INCREASING BIRTH RATE IN NEPAL

KATHAMANDU: The bar chart shows the birth rate in percentage through out the year from 2000 to 2009 in Nepal with respect to the changes in political situation. The chart is depicted on the basis of records collected from WHO, UNICEF, OCHA which seems effected by the political changes in Nepal and the effect made upon by the load shedding.

As it is clearly seen from the bar chart that in year 2000 the birth rate was recorded 40% which had increased up to 50% while coming to 2002.This was the period of late king Birendra Saha, the period in which revolution was active. Due to revolution people were leaving houses and their beloved ones. Most of the youth were affected by this, newly married couples were separated.

While coming to year2003 the birth rate has tremendously seen decrease, this declination in birth rate has reached up to about 20% while coming to year 2006.Country was now in the rule of former king Gayanandra. The revolution was on its high action, country was in terror, death toll has increased and some people were lost and many went to jungle. This has directly affected in birth rate. Maximum load shedding during this period was observed up to six hours per-day.

Year 2007 was a turning point for Nepal and its people; the liberation has bought new Change in the country what they called "democratic republican country” the kingship was finished. Country got a new rule the rule of people. People from the jungle now entered the cities and along with them they bought the jungle culture; culture of freedom, culture of equality. Men and women who have been separated during the revolution got together , rate of getting married increased and along with it raise in birth rate also seen which was recorded 80% in the year 2009.

People not only blame this cause of increase in birthrate is not just due to political Situation of the country but due to loads heeding. That has increased to the maximum of 20 hours per-day.

Quest Software’s Unicode (UTF-8)

Please make note of the following caveats Toad for Oracle supports any single-byte character set. Enabling UTF-8 does not automatically cause issues with Toad. The use of double-byte or multi-byte character does not automatically result in issues with Toad, provided that the Oracle database Client/Server configuration settings are in synch. For instance, Toad for Oracle is used extensively in Korea and it works well. Issues can arise with certain combinations of the Oracle client NLS settings and Windows regional settings. However, they seem to occur only when inserting or updating data (there are some scenarios in which data retrieval can cause issues). This makes it crucial for the database, client and OS to be in synch with any internationalization settings. In addition, when using UTF-8 data in the editor or a grid, a font that supports the desired characters must be selected as the default font. Mono-space fonts (also known as fixed-width or non-proportional) will not support...
