NTC Mobile and its Monopoly

KATHAMANDU : NTC, Nepal Telecommunication Public Company under government act is the largest and soul provider of communication in Nepal. It provides services like Landline Phone, Wireless Phone, Cell phone and internet. It is the one of the highest revenue generator company in Nepal. It is famous to Nepal people and has been the biggest choice among the Nepal customer. People have a great trust due to its association with Gov and also being the leader of telecommunication provider with the latest Tec. and resources.

On the other hand what is the customer getting in return of this
Truth and faith ? Frustration...or mobile that says “Network Failure!”, “The entire network is busy please! Try Again”. Why in the name of god they issue more SIM if thy cant provides good service, why in the name of god they playing with their consumer. I heard they say "Consumer are our God".
Barking like a dog and Behaving like a fox.

Why is this happening? Why in Nepal...every thing that goes
wrong goes here, lucky us.

Why are media and government putting oil in their ears?

Why none of the soul organization does strike and sought slogan for this cause? Are they aware of the real cause?

Do we know the value of time and value of money?

Why people are enjoying NTC? Is it because it is the largest Telecommunication or is it because it’s named after our country name Nepal?

Leaders and kings misused this name "NEPAL" who next?
Now that is service provider like NTC, NEA, NOC miss using; play, play with Nepal
and Nepali because Nepal cant speak and Nepali doesn’t speak for right cause they
just know how to speak for no cause.

It is now time to ask...? and time to act.. So
"Get up stand up get up for your right" dear consumers.

HOW CAN U BUILD A NATION IF YOU CANT BUILD A PROPER WORKING NETWORK?

Quest Software’s Unicode (UTF-8)

Please make note of the following caveats Toad for Oracle supports any single-byte character set. Enabling UTF-8 does not automatically cause issues with Toad. The use of double-byte or multi-byte character does not automatically result in issues with Toad, provided that the Oracle database Client/Server configuration settings are in synch. For instance, Toad for Oracle is used extensively in Korea and it works well. Issues can arise with certain combinations of the Oracle client NLS settings and Windows regional settings. However, they seem to occur only when inserting or updating data (there are some scenarios in which data retrieval can cause issues). This makes it crucial for the database, client and OS to be in synch with any internationalization settings. In addition, when using UTF-8 data in the editor or a grid, a font that supports the desired characters must be selected as the default font. Mono-space fonts (also known as fixed-width or non-proportional) will not support...
